From 1^st August 2007 each house sale will legally require a Home Seller’s Pack. As part of the Home Seller’s Pack, an Energy Performance Certificate is required. We have the license to provide the Energy Performance Certificate, which we can conduct for you.

When buying or selling a property, you may want the comfort of a Home Condition Survey, which again we can conduct for you. Buying or selling a property can be a risky process and is probably one of the biggest financial commitments you are likely to make and therefore, it would be prudent to know what you are purchasing.
