After the planning application has been submitted, the next stage is to submit a Building Regulation Application, which again we will conduct on your behalf.

If you don’t want the hassle of finding your own builder, we will find one for you. On your behalf and with your approval, we will go out to tender to reputable builders and provide a summary of the tenders for your consideration.

If you would like the comfort of our supervision once the work has started, we can visit site to ensure the works are being carried out in accordance with the contract documents, and that the work complies with an acceptable level of workmanship. We can formalise the contract with your builder, utilising an industry accepted contract.
